SESSION 01

Wake an Agent

Chatbot vs agent, the six-part anatomy, first tool connection, the JOB.md brief, and the first scheduled overnight run. 4 exercises, 22 slides.

Memory & Machinery

Act I: miss-log triage and durable memory files. Act II: the token journey, GPUs, HBM, gigawatt campuses — plus pricing your own night shift. 3 exercises, 17 slides.
